What's more, the building enjoys a rating of 4.2/5, is well maintained, and has a well-reputed developer in Select Group.

Amenities in Studio One, include a pool deck on the podium, completed by a state-of-the-art fitness center and saunas, two levels of underground parking, central AC, 24-hour security, and ground-level retail outlets.

Location & Travel Times

Unfortunately, Studio One does not have a great location.

For starters, it isn't waterfront, which impacts the appeal of Studio One.

Moreover, the backside apartments suffer views of the DEWA Jebel Ali Power Plant & Desalination Complex and the Emirates Global Aluminium factory. And the Bluewaters Island access flyover.

 

While the good point of Studio One’s location is that the front-facing apartments have a view of the water canal.

More importantly, residents are a short walk away (396 ft - 120 m) away from the Marina Promenade - the 8 km long landscaped pedestrian path surrounding the entire water canal. 

Also, Studio One resident can quickly walk (1 mi -  1.6 km) to Ain Dubai - the tallest Ferris Wheel in the world as well as hop to the beachfront The Beach retail and food destination as well as to the pedestrian promenade of The Walk @JBR (2,444 ft - 745 m) - where over 100 f&b and retail outlets await tourists and residents alike.
