Delivered in 2011, Silverene is a two-tower waterfront residential apartment complex in Dubai Marina

Silverene A is 34-floor high while the smaller Silverene B has 25 floors. The complex is completed by a four-story podium linking the two towers.

Co-developed by Palma Holding and Cayan Group, Silverene is designed by the famous architect, Hazel Wong, of Emirates Towers fame. The two towers have a total of 598 units in a mix of studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.

Linking the two Silverene towers is a four-story podium with two floors of shops and a sun deck with a pool, a children’s pool and a kid's play area, and a gymnasium in each building.

Being in proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road - linking the two largest cities of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi and Dubai - allows residents to quickly commute to most areas of Dubai.

At 5 min walk residents can reach the 140-stores strong modern Dubai Marina Mall (1,854 ft / 565 m) and the close by Dubai Metro (1,570 ft / 479 m).

In the opposite direction residents are just 2 min walk away from the centrally located Club House Marina (754 ft / 220 m) - one of the 4 marinas in Dubai Marina.

By crossing the bridge towards the beach residents of Silverene can walk, 6 min walk, to the beachside pedestrian promenade JBR Walk and relaxed beachside retail and entertainment destination The Beach by Meraas (1,622 ft / 494 m).

A little further away, along the beach, residents can reach Bluewaters Island (1.2 mi / 1.9 km) - a vibrant and well-connected urban island.
