Not to be confused with the similarly named 3-star hotel Pearl Marina, Marina Pearl is a low-rise building located in Dubai Marina and developed by the locally owned Naresco Contracting and Investment group.

When delivered, the building was one of the first buildings in the relatively less developed part of Dubai Marina

The 2 basement floors, 1 retail ground floor, and 5 residential floors contain 70 apartments divided among studio flats, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. While the ground floor is occupied by multiple casual dining outlets and a pharmacy.

The poorly maintained building suffers from a rating of 3.2 out of 5.

Facilities and Amenities

Marina Pearl offers central AC as well as 24-hour security by dedicated security staff and CCTV cameras. It also has a small cafeteria for small gatherings. 

The building also has a small gym, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, and spa facilities.

Location & Travel Times

Despite not having water views, this low-rise building is within a few minutes from everything.

The building isn’t waterfront, but residents of Marina Pearl can quickly reach the convenient Dubai Metro (1,555 ft- 474 m), and the relaxing 8km long walking Marina Promenade (794 ft - 242 m). And the stunning West Bay Marina (1,319 ft - 402 m). 

For more retail therapy residents can walk to the 1.7km long retail and lifestyle The Walk boulevard (2,180 ft - 664 m) and the 140 store strong Dubai Marina Mall (3,484 ft - 1 km).

For relaxation, there is the Jumeirah beach (2,795 ft - 852 m) and the stunning Bluewaters Island (1.2 mi - 1.9 km) with Ain Dubai, the tallest Ferris Wheel in the World.
