The Emaar developed Al Sahab is a two-tower complex in Dubai Marina. The high-end complex includes Al Sahab 1, the tallest tower with 44-floors, and the smaller Al Sahab 2 with 24-floors above ground.

The complex is located right next Marina Promenade, to another premium complex by Emaar, and is surrounded by excellent urban amenities and leisure options. 

Delivered in 2006, Al Sahab 1 has 276 apartments, while Al Sahab 2 has 141 apartments. Both buildings have a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. There’s also a small selection of 1, and 3-bedroom ‘marina homes’ facing the marina promenade. These range in size between 768 sq ft (71 sq m) and 3,232 sq ft (300 sq m).

Amazingly, for such an older building, Al Sahab enjoys a rating of 4.4 out of 5. That’s a testament to the quality of its maintenance.

Facilities and Amenities

Besides the commonly covered parking and 24-hour security, Al Sahab has its own health club with aerobics room and gym, separate swimming pools for kids and adults, and open community areas, a mini theatre, a squash court, multi-function rooms, meeting facilities, and an indoor play area for kids, a mini theatre.

The designer interior finishes include stone countertops, designer cabinetry, and fully-fitted kitchen appliances.

The Al Sahab's waterfront location is bang opposite the Club House Marina, as well as a few steps away from the marina promenade water bus station (238 ft / 72 m).

It is also a quick hop across the bridge away from the Marina Mall (2,385 ft / 727 m) and the lifestyle-focused restaurants within the mid-rise Pier 7.

In the opposite direction residents of Al Sahab can reach buzzing beachside boulevard the Walk @ JBR in less than 4 min (1,045 ft / 318 m) and the Arabian sea touching beach (1,639 ft / 497 m).

To take an Instagram-worthy picture Ain Dubai - the tallest Ferris wheel in the world - is just 1.3 mi (2 km) away.
